DOOR ACCESS POLICY

Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to provide optimal physical security and safety for building occupants and to protect the assets of The Newman Center at St. Agatha-St. James Parish.
Door Access

  • Student/Parishioner access to the building will be available from 7:00am till 11:00pm.

  • All Door Access Members will collaborate in maintaining building security.

  • All Door Access Members are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner. Any behavior or actions that are deemed unacceptable will result in the revoking of access to the property.

  • Door Access Members are responsible for the digital key that has been issued to them.

  • Door Access Members shall not unlock a building for another individual unless the individual is known by them to have authorized access to enter.
