Young Adults

The Young Adults of St. Agatha and St. James parish is a group of graduate students and young professionals who seek to grow closer to the Lord through the intercession of our Blessed Mother. We meet every Wednesday evening for Mass in the Newman Chapel at 5:30pm-6:15pm, followed by community night at 6:15-7:30pm in the rectory. Every first and third Wednesday we go out to a bar after community night! To join our group, please contact Fr. Remigio Morales at rmorales@saintsaj.org.

We do a variety of things such as discuss the previous Sunday's gospel, read encyclical letters, watch documentaries, or just reflect on different topics of interest as suggested by members of the group. In addition, as a group we often go on pilgrimages (most recently to Saint Joseph's Oratory in Montreal), retreats, spiritual hikes, and such. Members of our group have started a book club and a movie club, both of which are open to the wider parish community.
