Carols by Candlelight: An Ecumenical Christmas Service

Wednesday, December 6, 2017

5:30 PM, Saint Agatha - St. James Church

Carols by Candlelight is  a joyful, ecumenical celebration of the Christian meaning of Christmas.  We want to invite people of all faiths and none to gather together as a community to celebrate the peace and joy which the Christ Child brings to the world.    This carol service, co-sponsored by the Collegium Institute, will take place at Saint Agatha Saint James Church, 3728 Chestnut Street, University City and will feature readings, carols and music contributed by faculty, students, student groups and Christian groups in the area.   We would be delighted if you could join us! There will be light refreshments afterwards.  To help us with numbers for the catering it would be helpful if you could RSVP.
