New Parochial Administrator!

Dear brothers and sisters! We have some big news!

On June 19, Fr. Remi is going to be the new pastor for our Parish.

After nine years of serving here, it is time for me to pass the torch. I really want to take this opportunity to give thanks to God and the Blessed Mother for the gift of this parish!! I also want to thank in a special way, each one of the SCV brothers that have worked so hard to make this place a wonderful one! And of course I want to thank the staff that has been present here during these nine years, working tirelessly, and each one of you! I truly believe that little by little, we have collaborated with the Holy Spirit to bring together a beautiful, spiritual family! As I said, when I was becoming a citizen, this truly feels like home! As you know, this was the first parish where I was a pastor, and it definitely has molded my heart in a very deep way! So, thank you very much!

On this day of Pentecost, as we are united with our Mother Mary in prayer awaiting the coming of the Holy Spirit, I am so excited also, to announce that Fr. Remi is going to be the new pastor! I am sure he will do a wonderful job with the help of the SCV brothers, the staff, and all the parish! We are one big family, and we help each other! I am sure he will lead us all towards our Lord in an amazing way! My prayers go in a special way for this new chapter in his life.

I will continue to be here in the parish assisting Fr. Remi and the crew for at least one year. That will help with the transition. I have also been named the priest in charge of spirituality of the Christian life movement (CLM). This will only start on January 2024. I hope things will work in such a way that I will be able to remain here for more than a year. But that is still in God's hands.

I hope this great feast of Pentecost will bring the joy and peace of the Holy Spirit onto all of us. God bless you!

Fr. Carlos
